A simple question, that has changed my attitude and behaviour.
Rather than ask “what should I do?”, by turning the focus of the question to Jesus, the answer is always so clear and obvious.
At first it was joke between my wife and I but as we kept asking it to each other, it ended up bring more than a joke. It changed our perspective and attitudes.
- You are at a packed parking lot and someone steals your parking. What would Jesus do?
- You are so frustrated about something that you feel like snapping at someone. What would Jesus do?
- Someone bumps into you pretty hard as they walk by and ignores you. What would Jesus do?
- You receive lousy and rude service at a shop or restaurant. What would Jesus do?
- 12 children under the age of five die from starvation each minute. What would Jesus do?
Even a child is known by his actions, by whether his conduct is pure and right. Proverbs 20:11
